Photo competition – conditions of entry

1. All registered participants are welcome to enter the completion.
2. You can make one entry with up to three photographs per month.
3. Each photograph must have a clear subject description and a bio line from and about you.
4. Each photograph must meet community standards.
5. There must be no overprinting on any entry.
6. Each photograph must be free of any malware and any found to contain malware will be eliminated.
7. You must own the copyright in the photographs and certify that it is your work.
8. If your entries are accepted then you will assign to manybusyhands the copyright in your photograph(s) for our exclusive use should we choose to do so in our promotional purposes.
9. You will warrant that you have not and will not permit the use by any other person or organisation of those photographs you have submitted or any related subject matter photographs to any other people or organisation.
10. You will warrant that you are not a professional or semi-professional photographer.
11. The winner each month will win a $20.00 Coles gift card. The annual winner will be selected from each month’s winning entries in a year or part thereof. The year’s annual will receive a $100.00 Coles gift card.
12. Manybusyhands will select the winning photograph and our decision will be final. There will be no correspondence or discussion with loosing entrants on the merits or otherwise of their entries.
13. Manybusyhands will of course acknowledge the photographer.
14. By entering the completion you agree to indemnify manybusyhands from any liability should any other person successfully claim that they own or owned the copyright in your entry or entries.
15. With your entry you must provide your name, address and verifiable contact information.
16. Entries must be submitted before the last day of each month to: photocomp@manybusyhands.com
